Alongside dies for our standard profile series, our die shop also designs custom dies to customer requirements. Our experienced team provides technical support to make sure every custom die is both economical and easy to use in production.
Our Die Shop
Standing at the starting point of aluminum profile production, our die shop has the capacity to produce 750 die sets per year with its specialized staff, modern machine tools and 3D solid modeling (CAD-CAM) software.
Through our contacts at home and abroad we keep our die technology up to date, preparing dies that deliver maximum output with minimum waste. By continuously improving traceability, reporting and performance criteria, we maintain superior quality standards and keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.
