At our fully integrated plant in Gebze, profiles coming off our aluminum extrusion lines are prepared for coating in chrome-free chemical pre-treatment baths. The carefully racked profiles are then coated on a robotic electrostatic application line, and the polymerization process is completed in a tunnel oven. Every batch leaving the cooling section undergoes micron-level coating thickness measurement alongside visual inspection. Products granted quality approval are routed to the packaging and shipping station.
Our coating shop is certified under the Qualicoat and Seaside technical specifications, and our ISO 9001, CE and TSE certified quality system documents every step of the process. On a line with an annual capacity of approximately 7,000 tons, we coat aluminum profiles up to 7,500 mm long in all RAL colors, in full compliance with European standards.
